Good question. Basically, it’s a group of people who enjoy my music, believe in what I’m doing, and want to support me by acting as personal representatives. It follows the theory that if a lot of people each do a little, big things can happen (ie Girl Scout cookies!). We just might redefine the music business model!

Well, with the release of my new cd, “Living Room”, the BLTs will be able to get cds at a cheaper price (a package deal). They’ll also be the first to get the cds, and they’ll earn rewards depending on how many cds they order.

Alright, the cds (including a 12 page insert with all of the lyrics) are going to be $15 on my website. However, the BLT package will be 10 cds for $100 (that’s $10 a cd and it includes tax and shipping!) You can pay by credit card using the link below, or you can send a check, made out to “Jon Troast”, to PO Box 669, Williams Bay, WI 53191.

Also, the BLT cds will be shipped out during the first week in November. The other cd orders will go out the week of Thanksgiving (3 weeks later).

Yep, and who doesn’t love rewards? Here’s the breakdown (you don’t have to order them all at once. You can start with 10, then order 10 more, etc. and work your way up, or you can just order them all up front. You’ll still get all of the rewards!

• 10 cds - you’ll get a Brave Little Troasters sticker and a personal “thank you” call from me (if you provide a phone number when you order online or with your check)
• 20 cds - you’ll get a DVD of my 100 Concerts in 100 Days Tour
• 50 cds - I’ll draw you a picture - you provide a photo, and I’ll do a pencil drawing (1/2 hour time limit) It might not be art museum quality, but I did draw a pretty great portrait of Richard Nixon in high school. It will be original art!
• 100 cds - I’ll take you out to dinner (you can bring a friend if you want). I’ll have to work it into my touring scheduling, but we’ll share a meal together. Yes please!
• 500 cds - I’ll write you a song. We can talk about the subject matter, story, etc. and then I’ll put my creative spin on it!

The prizes can be earned until April 30, 2010.
